Parlour & Palm is a boutique interior design studio based in Portland, Oregon. ​We believe that good design is thoughtful, intentional, and personal. It changes not only how your home looks, but how you feel when you are in it.

 

We believe that the spaces we inhabit have a profound effect on our mental well-being, physical well-being, and evolving sense of self-worth. In other words, design matters, especially when people are spending most of their time indoors.

 

We hope that when you view our portfolio you see beauty, function, and variety. This is all about you. We don't implement one aesthetic over and over again; we dive deep to create the best version of yours, one that reflects who you are.

Interior designers Tara Dawkins and Katie Macy of Parlour & Palm Interiors

We're two Oregon natives who met in interior design school. We both love travel, vintage shopping, beautiful interiors, and any experience that combines all three.

 

We both have a passion for creating and curating beautiful spaces. We truly enjoy the process of helping our clients to discover and refine their personal interior aesthetics.

Our Services

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

A beautifully-styled black buffet credenza with a white marble top and brass hardware. Vintage framed art, a black jug vase, black taper candle, and antique books.

We do it all from start to finish. This service includes: a design questionnaire, on-site consultation, space planning, product sourcing, a detailed Design Plan, ordering/tracking/receiving/delivery of all goods, product installation, on-site styling, site management & coordination.

E-DESIGN

We provide you with a detailed design that you execute. This service includes: a design questionnaire, virtual meeting, space planning, product sourcing, a detailed Design Plan, shopping list, and Styling Tips guide.

HOME STYLING

We artfully arrange all of the finishing touches. This service includes: a design questionnaire, on-site consultation, personal shopping, and onsite styling.

PHOTO STYLING

Whether you’re a fellow interior designer who is photographing your finished project, or an interiors photographer who could use a keen eye, we will help evoke a particular aesthetic and mood for your photoshoot.
